Casey is a wonderful! I’ve never done Aerial yoga before but she made me feel so confident and comfortable! Definitely my new favorite style of yoga and I can’t wait to take more classes with her. My back, shoulders, and neck felt incredible after one session, all the tension and soreness was gone.
